i have been hesitant about how best to invest my money. i have been considering stocks for a while. but given the risk factors i need the tools and knowledge to make educated judgement. Real estate comes to mind to. My Dad is a very succesful real estate investor in Kenya but the market dynamics in America seem to be different especially with the recent housing bubble.
